Teacher Training Intermediate

The Teacher Training Centered Yoga Intermediate path continues!

The new appointment is scheduled for 3-4 September 2022 at the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school.

The Intermediate Teacher Training is held by Patrizia Gregori in Rome and lasts two years. At the end of the course Dona Holleman will issue a certificate of attendance with the hours and asanas covered.

All Centered Yoga graduated teachers and all teachers (including those from other methods and paths) will be able to access the course who, while not achieving the entire path, want to deepen the method and learn the most advanced asanas. All students who have a certain level of practice and already master basic inversions such as Sirsasana, Halasana and Sarvangasana are also welcome. The frequency can also be ‘one-off’ as modules for updating and reviewing the method.
The course is structured in separate modules: in this way it will be possible to start at any time and recover the old modules without any kind of problem in practice.
