Centered Yoga seminar: “The Centering”

The Association and the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school are pleased to announce a new seminar by Patrizia Gregori: “La Centratura” (The Centering).

Centering is one of the eight Vital Principles of practice, eight fundamental elements of Centered Yoga. With Patrizia Gregori, we will discover the principle that represents the awareness of the hara.

The appointment is for Saturday 3 December 2022, at the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school, in Via Ruffini 2a in Rome (Piazza Mazzini area).

The seminar times will be: from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

The price of the seminar includes a light snack for the lunch break!
