We are happy to announce that enrollments are open for the new Beginners Teacher Training 2023/24, which will begin next September and will be conducted by Patrizia Gregori in Rome and Milan!

COURSE ORGANIZATION

The courses are organized by the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD association and conducted by the president Patrizia Gregori, exclusively ensuring training according to the original Centered Yoga method.

The program is biennial and includes three annual teacher training meetings plus two in-depth seminars and three days of evaluation in the splendid setting of Lake Garda, aimed at issuing the diploma signed by Dona Holleman and Patrizia Gregori.

CERTIFICATIONS

The training course organized by Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD is the only one that allows you to have a 250h diploma recognized by the CSEN, by the association and signed by Dona Holleman and Patrizia Gregori for the teaching of Centered Yoga.

PLAN

1️⃣ First year

🔸 Complete cycle of standing positions;

🔸 Complete cycle of sitting and forward positions;

🔸 Complete cycle in padmasana;

🔸 Salamba sirsasana – salamba sarvangasana.

Standing postures prepare students for awareness of the role of gravity in relation to balance, stability and lightness in the execution of asanas. The Vital Principles of applied yoga practice are: rooting, centering, alignment and stretching. The seated positions prepare for the awareness of the application of the following Vital principles of the practice: meditative mind, relaxation of the body and breathing.

2️⃣ Second year:

🔸 Twists;

🔸 Arches;

🔸 Flipped positions.

Twists, flips, and arcs prepare students to experiment with their creative artistic skills. They make the body plastic and the mind elastic.

📖 The study of: will be applied to each group of positions:

🔸 “Eight vital principles of practice” by Dona Holleman;

🔸 Pranayama

Will be carried out:

🔸 Basic breath awareness exercises;

🔸 Study of mula bandha breathing;

🔸 Anatomy studies;

🔸 Some theories of classic yoga;

🔸 Help;

🔸 Use of tools.

COST OF THE COURSE

The cost of the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman training course is €3,500.

All practice appointments, the final exam in Soiano with Dona Holleman and discounts on participation in the association’s seminars are included.

OTHER USEFUL INFO

The course can also be followed one-off remotely, on the ZOOM platform.
A deposit of €500 is required, equal to the cost of the first meeting.
