The members of the ASD “Centered Yoga Dona Holleman” are hereby called to attend the assembly on the first call at the registered office located at Via Ruffini 2A – 00195 – ROME, on July 26, 2023, at 06:00 a.m. and on the second call on July 27, 2023, at 06:00 p.m., to examine and discuss the following agenda:
- Approval of the Annual Budget
- Modification of the Company Name
- Miscellaneous Matters
The assembly will be duly constituted in accordance with the statutory regulations. Participation can also be done remotely through a teleconferencing link that will be provided in the upcoming days.
