Pranayama with Dona Holleman

After the great success of February, Dona gives us another unmissable opportunity!
The Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD association is pleased to announce a second event in Soiano del Lago with Dona Holleman!

On March 31st and April 1st-2nd 2023, Dona Holleman will hold a seminar in Soiano del Lago on Pranayama in the Centered Yoga practice. The seminar will have a total duration of two days:

March 31 – Afternoon practice
April 1st – Morning and afternoon practice
April 2 – Morning practice
