Centered Yoga Teacher Training

INTERMEDIATE

The course held by Patrizia Gregori lasts two years and is divided into three weekends each year.

At the end of the course Dona Holleman will issue a certificate of attendance with the hours and asanas covered.

The Intermediate Teacher Training will take place at the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school in Rome.

All Centered Yoga graduated teachers and all teachers (including those from other methods and paths) will be able to access the course who, although not achieving the entire path, want to deepen the method and learn the most advanced asanas. Students who possess a certain level of practice and already master basic inversions such as Siasana, all Halasana and Sarvangasana are also welcome. Attendance can also be ‘one-off’ as modules for updating and reviewing the method.

The course is structured in separate modules: in this way it will be possible to start at any time and recover the old modules without any kind of problem in practice.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to access a masterclass conducted by Dona Holleman for the final evaluation and the issue of a certificate with the hours and asanas covered.
